About

Narratologist — The Narrative Lab

An independent space for deep narrative thinking, analyzing conceptions, and examining the stories that shape reality.

The Mission

Narratologist was founded on the belief that narrative is the most powerful force shaping perceptions, decisions, and reality. The site offers deep analysis of narratives — from brand stories to geopolitical conceptions — and provides practical tools for anyone who wants to understand how stories work and how to build them.

We don't report news. We analyze the narrative behind the news — the structure, the motivation, the impact. Every article is the product of independent research, critical thinking, and years of experience in narrative engineering.

Editorial Policy

We are committed to the following principles in all published content:

  • 1
Accuracy & ReliabilityEvery fact is verified. When we present analysis or interpretation, we make it clear that it is professional opinion, not absolute fact.

  • 3

Who is behind Narratologist

Narratologist was founded and is edited by Oz Kabala — strategist, narrative engineer, and founder of The Narrative Lab. Oz holds a BA in Literature (cum laude) and an MA in Literature (cum laude) from the Open University of Israel. He is the author of a poetry book that became a documentary on the European ARTE network, founder of branding agency Caballero, an official strategic consultant on behalf of the Israeli Ministry of Economy, and founder of the startup Deadliner.ai.

His wide-ranging background — from yeshiva to startup, from philosophy to marketing — allows Oz to analyze narratives from a unique perspective that bridges worlds.
